I have been a customer for almost 20 years and always loved the banks web based programs, however, the changes to the app not allowing face recognition and sometimes not even opening is a letdown. Please update with better version. App failed to open last month. Deleted app and reinstalled it. My daughter had the same issue. Now I only get a white screen when I click to open it.
Rebooted my phone. Still the same issue. Please get this fixed!
